Cancellation Policy

1. Membership & Payment All memberships and class passes must be paid in full before attending training. Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable except where required by law. Drop-in sessions must be paid at the time of booking. 2. Booking, Cancellations & No-Shows Bookings can be made online via our Wix Classes system. To avoid being charged, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before class. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in: Loss of the session (if using a pass) A [£X] late cancellation fee for members Persistent no-shows may result in restricted booking access. 3. Health & Safety All participants must complete a Pre-Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) / Waiver form before their first session. You must inform the coach of any injuries, illnesses, or changes to your health before training. Appropriate Muay Thai or fitness attire must be worn; gloves, wraps, and protective equipment are required for sparring. No training under the influence of drugs or alcohol. For your safety, follow coach instructions at all times. 4. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver Muay Thai is a contact sport that involves physical exertion and risk of injury. By attending classes, you acknowledge and accept these risks. The academy is not liable for injuries, loss, or damage to personal property, except where caused by negligence. 5. Code of Conduct Respect your coach, training partners, and equipment. No abusive, discriminatory, or unsafe behaviour will be tolerated. Phones must be on silent during training; filming is only allowed with coach approval. 6. Age Policy Participants must be 16 years or older unless attending a youth class. Under-18s must have a parent/guardian complete and sign the consent form. 7. Marketing & Media We may take photos or videos during classes for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to appear in media, please inform us before class. 8. Data Protection Personal details are stored securely and used only for training, safety, and communication purposes. Marketing emails/texts will only be sent if you have opted in.
